New Fundamental Rights Charter e-learning courses

FRA launched its new Charter e-learning courses. These courses provide judges and other legal practitioners with practical guidance on when and how the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights applies at the national level. It includes the Charter e-guidance.

This tool for judges offers step-by-step guidance on the scope of the Charter and key elements for judgements. It also contains an online case study-based training course for self-learning. There is a dedicated trainers’ area for legal experts who wish to host workshops on the application of the Charter. Users can also find a comprehensive trainer’s manual with practical advice on the design and methodology that can be used in training, additional training material, and much more.
