FRA will present on 23 October the key findings of its Fundamental Rights Report 2021 during a workshop of the advanced training course on building diverse and inclusive workplaces in Europe.

This is a 12-week intensive online course for human resource managers interested in acquiring EU-level knowledge and having access to a professional network around diversity, equity and inclusion. The course has been developed by Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini and The WorkLife HUB. It draws on the experience of the Italian Master course on Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. It is the first training course of its kind at the EU level. It will guide participants in an overview from a European perspective on different diversity dimensions. It will take an intersectional approach and focus on legislative frameworks, policies and dedicated tools for diversity and inclusion – gender equality, LGBTQ+ people-inclusive environments, disabilities, ageing and generations, multi-ethnicity and racial discrimination. It will offer reflections on how diversity and inclusion initiatives should intersect with the new modalities of work.
