FRA will give a presentation during a meeting on victims’ participation in criminal proceedings and access to justice. FRA will draw on its recently-published results from the Fundamental Rights Survey, as well as other FRA research.
The meeting will examine the rights of crime victims in different countries and from different perspectives. The meeting is part of the UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice. The Japan Federation of Bar Associations will host the meeting on 11 March.
